Bodies Defined fitness studio is NOT a gym! It is a private personal training studio and fitness facility.
With years of experience and continuing education, our dedicated staff is ready to serve you and your health and fitness needs. We will work with you to come up with a program that will help you reach your own individual health and fitness goals.
We offer one-on-one personal training, nutrition counseling, outdoor boot camp classes (mid May-mid October), small group training classes, Pilates, TRX training, Kettle Bell Training, kickboxing classes, massage and tanning.
You will enjoy our friendly, knowledgeable staff, our private, comfortable setting and the attention you want and deserve.

½ hour and 1 hour sessions available at a reasonable price. It is our goal to help you reach your goals. We know that it may not be possible for you to reach your goals in just a few sessions. For that reason, we keep our pricing extremely reasonable - so that we can help see you through those long term health and fitness goals.
We have personal training packages to suit your individual needs. Whether you are just starting out, trying to kick your workouts up a notch or need sports specific training – we can help you!

Beginner Kickboxing with Janette
The kickboxing bag class with Janette Rioux is “addictive”!
Beginner Kickboxing with Janette - Kickboxing is an incredible stress reliever. There’s nothing better than punching and kicking something to melt away the stress from your daily grind!
Janette’s classes will teach you the art of kicking and punching. Students will learn proper kicking and punching techniques using heavy bags. This class will get your blood-pumping and provides the overall body work out you’ve been looking for.
Bag classes provide the elements of:
- Core stabilization
- Muscle recruitment
- Functional strength training
- Cardiovascular conditioning
Classes are Tues and Thurs at 5:00. Pre-registration for each class is required. 4 people Maximum per class.

Advanced Kickboxing with Janette
Advanced Kickboxing with Janette - The advanced bag class provides the “next-level” training for those who are ready to increase their performance and fitness level.
Advanced bag class builds on the bag class by:
- Being more intense.
- Including advanced kick-punch combinations.
- Incorporating more performance training and drills.

Small Group Circuit Training
Tired of doing your strength and
cardio workouts separately???
Studies show that full body circuit training workouts provide fast results. Try our Small Group Circuit Training! This class is a fast paced strength training class meant to keep your heart rate up throughout the entire class. Small group circuit training classes are a great way to get in your cardio and a full body workout (that will help you tone and sculpt your body) in a one hour class - at a reasonable rate! You will find that your instructor and your peers are supportive and motivational, which will keep you pushing yourself so that you can see faster results.
Classes are Monday and Wednesday at 6 pm , Tues and Thursday at 5pm, and Saturdays at 9 am.

Power Vinyasa Yoga is a fun, invigorating, endurance-building flow style. You will breathe through postures while developing strength and balance. It is a dynamic and physical yoga with meditation and active inquiry. You will be empowered with focus and insight. Power Vinyasa will make you stronger, more flexible and left with a feeling of being open to what's possible in life.

Stretch, Strengthen, Define…
Hatha yoga at Bodies Defined is a unique blend of traditional yoga asanas (postures) in a non-traditional environment. Classes are designed specially to compliment your Bodies Defined experience whether you chose personal training, kickboxing, Pilates or massage.
Each class is a mix of the restorative and the vigorous aspects of a classic Hatha yoga practice. Class sizes are small to ensure individual attention. Students of all abilities are welcome! Namaste.

Beginner Kettlebell with Mark - Each class will go over an exercise with great detail. Learn the importance of a dynamic warm-up to prevent injury, prepare your body for exercise and to improve performance. The number one focus is proper technique to safely perform and execute each drill. Each week will progress with new exercises and drills and reviews of the prior exercises covered.
- Burn fat and build functional strength

Bodies Defined Outdoor Boot Camp
Boot Camp will be back in May 2012!!!
Bodies Defined Outdoor Boot Camp is an outdoor group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. You will run sprints, perform push ups and various forms of training with little rest between exercises. Classes get fast results! You will also find that your Instructors and peers are supportive and motivational, which will keep you pushing yourself harder. The classes offer a new way to get a low-cost, efficient and challenging workout.
Boot Camp days and times:
Mon and Wed - 6pm
Tues and Thurs - 6am (Starts April 26th)
Tues and Thurs 5pm

Pilates: On the Ball - Using traditional Pilates moves with a safer & more modern approach, Pilates: On the Ball will give Bodies Defined clients exactly what its name promises. Both large & small balls will be utilized in each class. Using all three planes of motion will challenge students in new & different ways each week.

Pilates: Stretch & Flex - Pilates: Stretch & Flex is for everyone who needs a good reset for their muscles. That would be everyone. By improving blood flow to the neck & shoulders, stretching over-used hip flexor muscles, loosening tight hamstrings & awakening under-utilized back muscles, Pilates: Stretch & Flex helps keep bodies prepared for more intense & strenuous workouts. Classes are designed so that participants will leave class feeling calmer, stronger, more flexible & balanced. Both men & women are highly encouraged to take this class as it will help to improve their athletic performances. Routines will be almost the same each week so that students will be able to track their improvements.
